How it works:

After checkout or inquiry, you will be contacted to confirm your item type, design details, thread colours, placement, sizing, timeline and any digitizing requirements. Final pricing may vary depending on garment type, stitch count, colour changes, complexity of artwork, quantity, and materials.

Please note:

This listing acts as a service start point. Custom embroider projects are quoted individually. If you are unsure what you need, select the consultation option or contact Northern Loom before placing your order.

Shipping/Delivery:

Shipping or pickup will be arranged/confirmed once your custom project details are finalized. Local pickups/delivery may be available for approved orders.

Materials:

Materials vary by project. Common materials may include cotton, fleece, linen, canvas, denim, towels, napkins, hats, bags, stabilizer, embroidery thread, water-soluble topper, and backing. Final materials are confirmed before production.

Care Instructions:

Cary instructions vary by item. Most embroidered garments should be washed inside out in cold water, laid flat or tumble dried low, and should not be ironed directly over embroidery.
